Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of tirnara.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to the Site only; individual Tirnara products may have their own product-specific terms.

Who we are

The Site is operated by Tirnara LLC, a limited liability company organized in California. References to "Tirnara," "we," "our," or "us" mean Tirnara LLC.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, or any related infrastructure.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site except in accordance with our security policy.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by sending excessive automated traffic.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Site for the purpose of building a competing product, except as permitted by applicable law.
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with Tirnara or any other person or entity.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, layout, design, source code, logos, and the "Tirnara" name and marks, is owned by Tirnara or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

If you submit feedback or suggestions to us, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tirnara and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tirnara from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

Changes to the Site or these terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. We may also revise these terms from time to time; when we make material changes we will update the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
