Tirnara LLC ("Tirnara," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers tirnara.com only; individual Tirnara products may have their own product-specific privacy notices.
Information we collect
We collect only what you voluntarily provide to us:
- Contact information. If you email us or use a "Get notified" link, we receive your email address, the subject line, and the message you send.
- Inquiry content. The contents of any message you send us.
We do not require you to create an account to browse this site.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- Reply to your messages and answer your questions.
- Send you product-launch updates only if you have specifically asked us to.
- Improve the clarity of our products and documentation based on patterns in feedback we receive.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use cookies, tracking pixels, browser fingerprinting, or third-party analytics on this site. If we add any of these in the future, we will update this policy and clearly disclose what is collected.
Sharing and third parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We use a small number of operational service providers to run this site and our email:
- Hosting provider Cloudflare Pages — serves the static website you are viewing.
- Email provider Microsoft 365 — delivers email sent to and from rob@tirnara.com.
These providers process information only on our behalf and only as needed to deliver their services.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate suspected fraud or security incidents.
Data retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as it remains useful for the purpose it was sent (typically the duration of an active inquiry plus a reasonable archival window for legal and operational records). You may ask us at any time to delete a specific message thread you sent us.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email rob@tirnara.com with the subject line "Privacy request" and a brief description of what you would like.
We will respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Children's data
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact rob@tirnara.com and we will delete it.
International transfers
Tirnara is based in the United States, and the providers we use may store and process data in the United States or other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. To responsibly report a security vulnerability, see our security page. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Effective date" above and, where appropriate, notify users who have given us their email.
